These terms cover your use of the Gen Aesthetics website and our text messaging program.
Using this website
The information on genaesthetics.net is for general education and is not medical advice. Results vary from person to person. A consultation with one of our providers is required to decide whether any treatment is right for you.
Text messaging program
Program: Gen Aesthetics text messages. We send texts to reply to your inquiries and to confirm and remind you about appointments. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to them.
How you join: you opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on our website chat or request form, when you book, or in person. Consent is not required to buy any service.
Frequency: message frequency varies depending on your requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation text and no more messages after that unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US carriers, and coverage can change.

Appointments
Appointments are booked through our online booking portal or by calling us. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel, and and ask us about any cancellation terms that apply to your treatment.
Offers
Specials and offers on this site run for the dates stated, cannot be combined unless noted, and may change. A consultation is required before treatment. Ask our team about eligibility.
Limits and changes
We try to keep this site accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
