Text messaging (SMS) policy

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Gen Aesthetics may text you to answer your inquiries and to send appointment confirmations and reminders. You agree to this when you submit a form or chat request on our website that includes your number and consent, when you book, or when you tell us in person.

Message frequency varies depending on your requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or treatment.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or call 719.331.8189. After you reply STOP we will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use a messaging service provider to deliver our texts, and it may process your number only to carry out that delivery for us.

Please do not send sensitive health or payment details by text. Texts are not a secure way to share private medical information. Call us or discuss it at your visit.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the practice, such as our online booking and client portal, website hosting, email and text delivery, and analytics services. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect safety.
