How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on the text chat on this website, which shows an unchecked consent box that you must tick before sending. The box reads: “I agree to receive text messages from Gen Aesthetics about my inquiry and appointments at the number above. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” It links to our Privacy Policy and Terms.
You can also opt in when you book an appointment or in person at our clinic. Consent is never a condition of buying anything.
What we send
- Replies to your questions and consultation requests
- Appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling changes
- Follow-ups about the visit or treatment you booked

- Hi, this is Gen Aesthetics in Colorado Springs. Thanks for reaching out! We received your message and will reply shortly. Reply STOP to opt out.
- Gen Aesthetics reminder: your appointment is tomorrow at 10:00 AM at 2914 Beacon St, Suite 200. Reply C to confirm or call 719-331-8189. Reply STOP to opt out.
Frequency, rates, stopping and help
Typically 2 to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will get one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or call 719.331.8189.
